Manual monolithic hydraulic lifting doors

The monolithic doors are suitable for the isolation and closure of large spaces and environments used for processes which may also generate intense, persistent odours (biocells containing waste materials).
The Mion Ventoltermica manual monolithic hydraulic lifting doors are structures manufactured from various materials and in different dimensions according to the needs of use and application. The are manually opened and closed by means of a hydraulic pump which, via a hydraulic circuit and associated actuator, activates the system of lifting rods and levers.

Further details

The Mion Ventoltermica manual monolithic hydraulic lifting door consists of an assembly of modular panels (mono panel), with an external stainless steel or aluminium facing, assembled and framed using stainless steel and/or galvanized/painted construction steel perimeter columns (assembly frame).
The door is opened via a lift shaft and associated levers which are manually operated by means of a hydraulic pump.
The hydraulic circuit is equipped with safety components (parachute valves) in the event of an accidental rupture of the hydraulic pipes which would result in the unwanted lowering of the door. A flow regulator is also supplied to regulate (slow) the speed of lifting and placement of the door in the special brake seats.
Another door component is one or more horizontally pivoting doors, depending of the size of the monolithic door, along its hinged horizontal side. These are for interior inspections of the spaces to be closed and secured, so that any excessive negative pressure present in the space to be partitioned does not act on the surfaces of the monolithic door, but causes the pivoting door to open instead.

ADVANTAGES:

  • perfect isolation and closure of spaces used for processes which may generate intense and persistent odours (biocells);
  • moved by means of a forklift and relative lever mechanism.
