Shavings and sawdust loader for self-fire system

Mechanical boiler feed system for the transport of wood shavings to self-fire boilers of energy saving systems. It is made of treated and painted heavy-gauge steel sheets and consists of:

• combustion chamber built with special cast iron bars;
• wood chip auger feed with seal, activated by a variable speed gear motor;
• burn-back safety system;
• fire safety valve;
• centrifugal electro fan for the introduction of air during the combustion process;
• draught gauge for checking the vacuum within the combustion chamber.
