Pneumatic by-pass

The pneumatic by-pass has variable dimensions with rounded, square sockets for connection to the piping. It is activated by a pneumatic piston which comes into operation via external levers and an internal damper blade.

The by-pass is used to divert the material in two alternative exhaust flows or two separate circuits. It is normally located on a pneumatic transport line or below a star valve.
